2013 includes:

- Focus on meeting the needs ot the membership via excellent qunllty and customer service

- Focus on the "call before you dig” awareness message but a spotlight focus on proper excavation and
respecting the marks.

- Focus on the states agriculnire and timber demographic.

- Focus on legal, legislative and administrative issues involving white lining, compliance and entorcement.
